Terms of Use

        Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the QNT42 platform or website. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
    

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the QNT42 platform (platform.qnt42.com) and website (qnt42.com), including all content, features, signals and services offered therein (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Financial Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

The Services are intended exclusively for institutional investors, professional traders, quantitative analysts and accredited investors. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
You qualify as a professional, institutional or accredited investor under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

QNT42 reserves the right to refuse access to any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Access and Account

Access to the platform requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify QNT42 immediately at hi@qnt42.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. QNT42 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.

QNT42 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity or failure to pay applicable fees.

4. Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, QNT42 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your own internal institutional research and investment analysis purposes. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, resell or sublicense any QNT42 signals, data or content to third parties without prior written consent.
Use the Services to create competing products or services.
Scrape, crawl or extract data from the platform by automated means.
Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the platform.
Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Misrepresent QNT42 signals or outputs as your own proprietary research without appropriate attribution.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, methodologies, software, designs and materials on the QNT42 platform and website are the exclusive property of QNT42 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The QNT42 name, logo and all associated marks are trademarks of QNT42.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the intellectual property of QNT42 except the limited licence expressly described in Section 4.

6. Data Sources

QNT42 processes data from public sources including NASA, ESA, NOAA, the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRED), the IMF and SEC EDGAR. These data sources are subject to their own terms and conditions. QNT42 does not claim ownership of underlying public data and makes no representations regarding its completeness or fitness for any particular purpose beyond the stated scope of the Services.

7. No Financial Advice

As set out in our Financial Disclaimer, QNT42 does not provide investment advice. All signals and outputs are for informational and research purposes only. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make in reliance on QNT42 outputs. Please review our Financial Disclaimer in full.

8. Fees and Payment

Access to certain features of the platform may be subject to subscription fees as set out in your individual service agreement with QNT42. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. QNT42 reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary methodologies, signal architectures or non-public information disclosed to you in connection with your use of the Services. This obligation survives termination of your access to the platform.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. QNT42 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QNT42 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including any losses arising from trading decisions made in reliance on QNT42 outputs.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless QNT42 and its operators, directors and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

12. Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. QNT42 is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party sites and does not endorse them. Your interaction with any third-party site is at your own risk.

13. Modifications to the Services

QNT42 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. QNT42 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuation.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

15. Changes to These Terms

QNT42 may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
